I'm a software developer from Deep Cove, a small community outside Vancouver. I've been building things since I was a teenager.

Mawji Ventures is how I back founders I believe in. I look for people working on the hardest problems — privacy, security, technology that holds up against real scrutiny — and I try to give them more than capital. That usually means getting into the work: writing code, helping crack new markets, finding the right partners and investors, doing whatever needs to get done.

I also start companies through Capitalism Killed Software, where we fund and bring in founders to run ventures we build ourselves.
