I write software. I have since I was a teenager, from Deep Cove, a small place outside Vancouver.

Mawji.vc is how I back founders. I look for people rebuilding an industry that stopped working, and I care more about whether they can be stopped than what stage they are at.

What I give is not only money. I write code alongside founders, help them find the first customers, and open the doors I have. If I cannot be useful past the cheque, I am the wrong investor.

I also start companies through Capitalism Killed Software, where we build ventures and bring in founders to run them.
